Prenatal Services
Prenatal classes for couples or single parent
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and our government’s recommendations, group prenatal classes will be held online until further notice. Private classes can now be given online and/or in person. Our teachers wear masks and stay 2m away from parents who must be masked as well. Online sessions are conducted on a professional virtual conferencing platform that will allow you to have the same learning experience as in the classroom.
Childbirth can be a positive, happy event, without fear or anxiety. It can be gentle.
Prenatal classes, in private or group settings, help you understand the options that are available.

Special new offer for online classes

Our mission is to help inspire you to have the birth that you imagine.
Our classes can help paint a picture of a birth that differs from the classic depictions and give you the information you need to choose which interventions are for you – and which are not.
If you have a high-risk pregnancy or any special needs, we can create content adapted to your unique situation. For example:
- Twin Pregnancy
- VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Caesarean)
- Gestational Diabetes in Pregnancy
- Rainbow Babies (after perinatal loss)
- The list goes on!
French Only for Now
Group Classes
We welcome you for a two part series, each class 5 hours. Fear not, you are not here to gaze into each other’s eyes and learn to breathe!! We have a curriculum adapted to your needs! You will be paired with a maximum of 4 couples, and we teach our classes in a warm and comfortable environment. The spots fill up quickly and are limited so we recommend you call in advance to reserve your spot!
During these classes, you are free to ask all your questions in an inclusive and respectful environment. There is also time set aside to exchange knowledge and build community with others going through the same stages of pregnancy and life transitions.
Come to develop the know-how to navigate the birth world and create an environment that allows you to birth your way and following your own rhythm! Our doulas and naturopaths share their best tricks and expand on the science behind physiological birth and allowing the body to do its work! We also outline the protocols and interventions that are possible and available to you whether having your baby in hospital, birthing centre or at home.
FRENCH GROUP CLASS ONLY FOR NOW (SORRY FOLKS, BUT ASK US THOUGH!)
Offered in French, English and Spanish
Private Classes
If you have an atypical work schedule, our doulas are available day, night or even on the weekend to teach private classes adapted to you and your unique situation.
These classes are taught in the comfort of your own home. We offer a two part series, each class 4 hours.
Whether giving birth at a birthing centre, at home or in hospital, build the confidence to give birth on your own terms.
Create a relationship with the doula teaching the classes, so that she can better guide you through your own fears or doubts.
We take the time to truly listen to you and to develop an approach that is tailored to you and your family’s needs.
We travel anywhere in Montreal and in most of Montreal’s surrounding areas and maybe even further – just ask!
